Furthermore, most Lidl perfume dupes don’t last as long as designer fragrances and have smaller projections. They often require more sprays and the bottles don’t last as long.

Other retailers are also in the game, like Zara’s perfume dupes, Next, or Aldi even. However, they face similar issues.

As such, we recommend looking at other specialized perfume dupe manufacturers.

It’s worth noting that Lidl sells its perfumes under the brand name Suddenly.

For instance, it’s Suddenly Aura de Aguamarina or Aura de Aguamarina by Suddenly, a perfume dupe of Giorgio Armani Acqua di Gioia.

On the contrary, for men perfume and aftershaves, Lidl uses the brand name G.Bellini.

Aura En Rose – Lancome La Vie Est Belle Lidl Dupe

Aura en Rose by Suddenly is one of the best Lidl perfume dupes. It captures the essence of Lancome La Vie Est Belle perfectly, with very similar middle and base notes.

However, it does not have the projection that the designer fragrance does, and it fails to last as long as the original. When tested, Aura en Rose faded faster than La Vie est Belle, and after 6h it was hard to notice the scent.

On the contrary, we tried 144 Inspired by La Vie Est Belle from Essence Vault, and this was able to last longer than Aura.

That said the 100ml bottle will cost you £25, which will most likely last you as long, but ultimately is not as cheap as Aura.

Essence Cotton Blue – Dolce & Gabanna Light Blue Lidl Dupe

Dolce Gabbana Light Blue is a very popular Eau de Toilette for women. However, Cotton Blue by Lidl perfectly grasps the nature and fragrance of the original.

Essence Cotton Blue is the ideal Lidl fragrance dupe for women for summer. The light floral tones go perfectly with the holiday vibes of a sunny summer day.

This Dolce & Gabbana dupe is able to deliver an insanely cheap fragrance but one that really delivers. When we tested them side by side, it was hard to tell them apart.

Do we recommend Essence Cotton Blue? Yes

G.Bellini Homme – Best Dior Sauvage Dupe by Lidl

Sauvage by Dior is one of the most well-known EDP for men. It’s powerful, masculine and can be worn all year round. Dior Sauvage will earn you many compliments when you wear it.

Sadly, not the same can be said about G. Bellini Homme by Lidl. Despite being Lidl’s best Dior Sauvage dupe, it falls a little bit flat. It’s not able to capture the complexity of the aromas, and it smells a little cheap.

Similarly, it fades away really fast, and it does not the projection the original does.

That’s why we cannot recommend G.Bellini Homme, and instead, we recommend using DS by Copycat, an excellent Dior Sauvage dupe. Again, it’s not as cheap as the Lidl option, but you can buy it online, and in our experience, it lasts longer because it requires fewer sprays.

G.Bellini Deep – Best Chanel Bleu Dupe by Lidl

Bleu de Chanel is a woody aromatic fragrance ideal for any occasion for men. It might be one of the most versatile fragrances any man can wear, but that does mean that it’s not as head-turning as fragrances like Aventus Creed or Tobacco Vanille by Tom Ford.

In this case, Lidl’s G. Bellini Deep is able to capture the complexity and the mixture of the woods and fruits in the fragrance. In particular, the amber smell, in the end, is very notorious.

That said, as is the case with most Lidl perfume dupes, it does not last as long as the original in your skin. This is probably because it has a lower oil fragrance concentration.

Despite that, it’s hard to argue that Bellini Deep is incredibly cheap when compared to Bleu de Chanel, and thus it makes it a great Bleu de Chanel clone.

However, if you are planning to wear your Blue de Chanel replica for a whole day, we recommend looking at 299 by The Essence Vault.
